Embody Tantra Returns & Refunds
FOR PRODUCTS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once your order is placed, you may not cancel for any reason. Our return policy is to replace any defective items up to 12 MONTHS from the date of your purchase. In such cases, we will pay all shipping costs associated with replacing the defective item in BOTH directions. If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase, our service, or feel the product simply did not measure up to your expectations, please contact us immediately and we will try to offer alternatives to make you happy. FOR CLASSES/WORKSHOPS
Fees
The full workshop fee is due when you register. If you cancel from a workshop, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Please read the cancellation chart. Workshop fees may not be transferred to another event.
CANCELLATION FEES APPLY AS FOLLOWS:
Time of cancellation /Cancellation fee per person
A> 60 or more days prior to workshop start date (except as noted in "E" below) =50% of Entire Tuition
B >14-59 days prior to workshop start date (except as noted in "E" below) =Entire tuition
C> 0-13 days prior to workshop start date= Entire tuition
D >"No-show" at the starting point, or you leave during a workshop =Entire tuition
YOU WILL NOT PAY CANCELLATION FEES IF:
E> You cancel from a confirmed space in the workshop within 14 days of when Embody Tantra receives your registration. NOTE: This 14-day grace period does not apply if the workshop start date is within 30 days of when Embody Tantra receives your registration.
F> You are not approved by the workshop leader (after that workshop leader has received your registration forms).
G> You cancel within 14 days of an Embody Tantra change in workshop date, workshop leader, and/or workshop price.
H> You cancel from a waitlist.
I> You fail to move off a waitlist onto a workshop as a signed-up participant.
